We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: newsletter data until you unsubscribe; tip and source data for as long as journalistically necessary and to defend our reporting; usage logs for a limited period. Source-protection obligations may require us to retain or destroy material to protect a source’s identity.

EEA/UK: you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request disclosure of, and deletion of, personal information, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
10. Security

11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged where appropriate.
